Bone & Muscle problems

I am having vitamin D defficiency and last month tested and it was only 2.8. Also i am having severe headache as well back pain.

I am under medication for hypothyroidism and high bp. I am currently going through below listed problems: -Feeling weakness -Severe pain in heel and ankle while walking or standing -Mild pain in shoulder and lower back Doctor (Endocrinologist) has suggested D-Rise 60k daily for 8 days And our family doctor(MBBS) has advised to have it once a week. Please help me understanding the dosage i should follow

Pain started slowly2 weeks earlier due to swimming and cycling and now it has risen to the extent that I feel uncomfortable while walking. Even when I told my legs it starts hurting.
