I have back pain regularly. My age is 28 now. 12 years ago i got an incident which struggles my back very well. After 2 years my back pain had been started.

I am having pain in right knee. As per recently taken MRI report: Tricompartmental marginal osteophytes with reduction of medial tibia-femoral joint space. chandra thinning in medial femoral condyle region, ACL chronic interstitial tear and Medial meniscus Grade II tear Taking Anoscha forte and fine joint one tablet each Also take galvus met 50/500 for diabetes twice a day Right knee pain on walking or standing pain unbearable after 75 steps I fell on road in February 18 but could walk with pain

Tail bone pain since yesterday how to get rid of it as soon as possible?? Having problem in sleeping,changing postures and sitting also. It becomes less after being in same position for some time.

Please tell me what should I do next check my MRI report Iam felling little pain in my shoulder and tell me the name of the exsacise what should I do for complete recovery

Getting some cramping sounds while physical movement in the chest even rotating hands and getting tensed of it back side of body is paining alot especially my spine

I have ACL tear more than 2 year do I need a surgery as I have no problem in walking and running slowly

Due to pain issues and vit deficiency in tests I was prescribed uprise d3 once a week and methycobal 1 per day but recently a neurologist saw my mri n further my tests n changed uprise d3 to once everyday shelcal HD 2 per day methycobal 2 per day. Is it right dosage for these medicines. I feel heaviness in head n vertigo all the time... Is it because of overdose of these supplements or it has to do something with timings of medicines and combination of which medicines is taken with what?? Some diet precautions?? Very urgent pl help
