Which treatment is best for complete ACL tear... Because many of them saying surgery is the only way for ACL tear... I have attached my MRI report.. please assist me...

Last week I met an accident.. i got injured in my left leg.. in MRI it shows Complete ACL tear... Clinic Doctor advised me for ACL surgery... So I have  moved to hospital for surgery... But there doctor advised me to put brace for 6 weeks... I'm confused now which I need to follow ... Please assist me I have attached my MRI report Im a sports person... Which is best for me to back to sports

Dr I am having tingling and numbness on my left leg from buttocks to feet.when I try to place my feet down IAM not comfortable and I feel that I am walking with only one leg.feeling very giddy also. Geetha

I don't know but I feel like my legs are not straight. This is image of my legs. Are my legs straightened or do I have knock knees or bow legs? I experience no pain in my knees. Are my legs ok? Or do I need some excercise to correct my legs? Please help.
