Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from back pain from last one year, I haven't consult about this on regularly. Now pain is constantly increasing because of the sitting job & due to current work from home posture. I need your help to suggest what exactly the problem is and how to fix this pain.

I found that I am having knock knees, How can I cure that,? Is this a serious medical problem? So I would like to know the  treatment for this. If I reduce my weight , Is there a chance of recovery from knock knees.

Can some one tell me if the cyst mentioned in the report is larger? if so operation is required? Aren't there any non surgical procedure?? Are there any other complications as I see in the next page they mentioned ostopenia is it present in my body ? I have attached my reports as well for reference. I have done MRI scan, one year ago on my right knee and found major Torn meniscus. I have not done any operation for that and if I walk fast a slight pain in my right knee. How to overcome this?

I have stinging shoulder pain for last 2-3 days. There is no visible swelling and I don't remember any injury. Sometimes when I do regular work, the stinging pain goes till the neck.
