I have back pain in spine which move up and down plus on shoulder and side of hips and feel while walking on legs what to do

This back pain with radiation towards hip may be associated with lower back muscle spasm.. Sometimes it may be associated with neurological compression around the lumbar spine.. Shoulder pain may be due to paraspinal muscle spasm.
Next Steps
I will suggest you to start with hot fomentation, analgesic with muscle relaxant tablet, apply analgesic ointment at the site of pain. If pain doesnt settle down, plan for getting x ray of lumbar spine..

Avoid heavy work, avoid sitting down, Avoid Indian toilet, avoid forward bending..
