Continued sitting with leg crossed while breastfeeding the child and for other personal or professional work can cause pressure on the foot and lower, specifically while doing activities at floor level. Your feet can be under the opposite buttock and pressed between your body and sitting surface thereby causing pain. Sit properly such that your back and feet are supported, and also your work happens.
