Pain n swelling in foot thumb. The pain occurs everytime without touching .its like deep chills on the thumb now the swelling has shifted to another leg foot as well .

My mom had right shoulder pain since last three months . She can't lift her hand freely , may I know what's the issuse and we have shown to near orthopaedic and he has given one shot(injection) and after that pain got relief and she can't move hand and now we are taking physiotherapist treatment from last week , but no response . How much time it takes to relief and move hand freely.

My father slipped and fell.in the bathroom 3 weeks ago. 3 days after that he developed issue of gastro reflux. He felt fine after taking 5 days medication. Then a week  back he developed severe paling in lower back and hip region. He was not able to move his legs. We had to take him to emergency. His x-ray was fine. Doctor said that it's just muscle stiffness and should go away in 2-3 days with hot fomentation and pain relieving gel. Doctor prescribed Dolo for pain. But his condition didn't improve even after 2-3 days of medication. Yesterday I consulted an orthopaedic doctor and he suggested some muscle relaxants( Zerodol TH4,Myoril 4 and pregaba NT) but there is no improvement after taking a day's medication. Can someone please suggest what should be the next course of action. Right now he is not able to lie down due to pain and sleeping in sitting position.

As you could see in the picture there is something wrong with my shoulders. Right one is slightly smaller than the left one. I suspect that something wrong exercise in gym has lead to this. There is no pain and discomfort. Kindly figure out the problem and guide further.

Severe Back pain while roaming on bike and walking.Unable to turn while sleeping at night. After waking up in morning not able to stand properly. Once get wake up and start walking then it fix but after taking a rest same thing again happen.

Hi, my dad recently feels that his knees are locking while walking up the stairs. He doesn't feel any pain nor swelling of muscle, it's just acute lock of knees. Mostly he ride via bicycle for almost last 40yrs. No previous medical conditions nor any surgery. Is this something that is related to muscle tear? Or its because of lack of walk that he does? I am having severe problem in my left leg and the pain is radiating from back to the foot . I am having Gabapin NT 100 and Tifenac TH for last 3 months prescribed by my doctor . If I stop this tablet then again pain increase . Can I continue having these tablets .

My father aged 64 facing a back & shoulder pain issue. His heart test and all reports are normal. Problem occurs when he wakes up in the morning, upon waking up shoulder and back becomes tight and gives lot of pain, it take him 15-20 min to become normal. Tried all the possible doctors in Roorkee city but no improvement. As per him he pushed bed with his legs and did some strong hand and back movement a week before the pain. We have been applying warm packs but pain is not subsiding. Please suggest a way or any possible treatment that can benefit him. P.S. The pain sometime happen in front too. But majorly it happens on back and shoulders. Thanks

My son is 5 years old. Since few months we have been noticing a small round shaped bony like structure in right hand wrist under the skin. First he said its not painful but now there is very little pain when lightly pressed. I have attached a photo of the wrist. Please suggest.

I have right shoulde and hand pain (only right hand).. I have pain since 3months..I feel pain from my neck shoulder til hands wen I lift my hand..I can clearly notince pain near my neck esp near a nerve at neck..I went to two ortho doctor one told it sciatic pain r told just muscle cramp and prescribed pain killers..I m unable to go to doc since this pandemic ...I m mother of 18 months baby..anything to be worried
