Lower back pain
Since 20 days i have a lower back pain and it started when i was playing cricket after long time one day, i am feeling pain when i bend in forward direction. Its not chronicle, i have a mild pain but its been long time(20 days )

It looks like that while playing you might have pulled your muscle or have a disc prolApse iin worst case. You need to avoid t Th any kind of bending or lifting weight from the ground.
