Hi, I am suffering with acute pain at back side of ankle. Pain is as acute that I am unable to walk. This happened second time in my life and not aware with the reason why it happened due to running or walking or jogging or wearing leather shoes. Please guide.

For 6 months suffering from back pain, viewing my x-ray report radiologist diagnosed it for LSTV, I  always feel somethings out there in my lower back which i can't stop thinking of, neither it's ache nor it's indescribable pain but something is there, what should I do? what medication should I take? should I do exercises or not ?

Having stiffness & pain in both heals especially in morning while getting up from bed or getting up after taking rest ... plz suggest the right treatment .. some says Uruk's acids increased, few suggest check diabetes ... see general physician..

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis a month. Doctor suggested me Physiotherapy (IFT,cupping) and stretching exercises. Have been doing this every day but the pain around C5,C6,C7, shoulder blades and lower back has still not gone. Is cervical spondylosis curable? If yes then what more should I do you get rid of this pain.

After 2 months of both legs tibia surgery as per surgeon advice I started toe touch weight bearing but I now feel the rod in my leg below knee while standing or walking. Earlier I also had this feeling but now I feel more. Is this normal
