I am a DMD patient, 24 years old. I have been taking Wysolone 10 mg steroid for 4 years, and because of that I now have severe osteoporosis. I am not able to stop steroids.
So, I am taking Osteri injection (teriparatide).
For this steroid-induced osteoporosis, what are the possible treatments for my bone condition?
Is Osteri the only solution, or is there anything else that can be done?
