I had a fall and damaged my ligament. Had a cast for 3 weeks , now cast is off but I still can't walk. What to do?

I am getting frequently muscle strain and pain in lower legs. I am taking good diet but still this is happening . Kindly suggest

I am wearing chappals inside home. I regularly walk for 30 minutes using shoes. Now I have pain only on right heel, difficulty in walking especially : - when sit for sometime then walk and - while getting up in the morning and then walking Now Pain is increasing on those days when I go for walk. Hello, I’m 20 years old. I’ve noticed a lump or hump on the back of my neck since around September/October. It has slowly gotten bigger, and now I can clearly feel and see the difference between my neck and upper back. It feels like a ball under the skin. I’m not sure what it is or which doctor to see, so I’d like to get it checked. Please guide me on what this could be and what tests I may need.

I just had a fall this morning from Mumbai local. I didn't hurt any other part but my left hand is aching - it may also be because I'm sitting in the AC in the office. I was able to move it entirely an hour ago but now I can't. Specifically the elbow and the wrist hurt while moving.

30 male mri didnt show much tear or basic impingement . Rt. Knee took b12 inj for 3months helped for while but again pain started . Hyaluronic inj should i go for it? Any better result to hope? Already takin care in lifestyle modication. But still persists. No OA on xray .
