Bone & Muscle problems

Dear Doctors, I am currently residing in Canada. My MRI results indicate a high-grade partial tear, which is likely functionally equivalent to a full-thickness ACL tear. However, my orthopedic examination, including the Lachman and anterior drawer tests, returned negative results. While I can walk, I do so with a pronounced limp. I am unable to fully squat and experience moderate difficulty with stairs. Currently, I am undergoing physiotherapy and using a brace for support. Given my symptoms and current treatment, do I still require ACL reconstruction, or is it possible to continue with non-surgical rehabilitation? How can we determine the best approach for my situation? I am asking here because my next follow-up appointment is scheduled for nearly six weeks from now, which is an extremely long wait. Dear dr father is has 2 stent in left and 4 in right artery... Now concern is father has gout issues Ortho has Rx ..pain killer zerodol TC twice  and deflazacort 6 mg ... Please advise. Since pretty long , I have been facing an issue whenever I wake up in the morning, or any time of the day or even midnight, especially i  have to get up because of this ,also while doing household work or bathing, my left hand palm gets numb and tingly as if some current is passing in hands. What can be reason and which test can help. Please note. My vitamins D n B12 are mild low. Also, iron is likely to be mildly low than the desired range. Thank you.

I am having pain Int she lower part of right hand elbow while bending or stretching straight. It came after I started playing badminton for few weeks. I am not exactly sure if the pain is due to badminton but mentioning here as doctors are aware completely. I took exray and there seems minor blur near the elbow. The pain it not on the side of the elbow but at the bottom of the elbow , the place where folding happens outside. It's been 6 months u am having this pain. Could someone suggest how to overcome this.

Our Mother got tripped on the floor, the day before yesterday around 11pm, got hurt on the left elbow and knee, we have been applying Volini & spray but it's hurting extremely but doesn't seem like fracture or muscle tear. Need to consult online as due to the present situation she can't climb down the stairs to see the Dr. in person.

I woke up with the worst upper back pain between shoulder blades. Should i visit the doctor immediately?

Hi Dr's I have back pain for few years now and recently I started getting pain on right hip and knee randomly.. when it pains it's very much so I visited an orthopedic and he gave me x ray and I want second opinion on the results because I was planning on getting pregnant.. The spine report says 1) Early Lumbar Spondylosis 2) Mild Exaggerated Lumbar Lordois.. Knee report 1) Early marginal osteophytes at knee joint.. Please suggest Thank you

Good noon doctor, am breastfeeding mother to 18months old daughter , am having severe knee pain only left side unable to sit and stand up also sleeping is becoming difficult unable to stretch sometimes frozen also very bad knee back side pain i have , met orthopaedic he said to apply flexabenz ointment but still no improvement been month plus please help whenever i stand i feel am swaying always and dizzy type my legs have no energy what can i do thank you ? It has been 2 months am having back pain in lower back which gets severe whn I stand up after a while I was sitting for sometime...it takes am at least 2 mins to gets straight whn I stand due to pain I can sit stand directly...evn I can't stand for more than 20 mins and sit more thn 20 mins on my back it causes me severe pain...can u tell me am i having disc or its something else plz help vll it go on its own or its severe plz help me wth my query..
