Hello , my brother who is 21 years old was having slight hip pain in pelvic area which usually happens . We went to the doctor he said to do xray, and the results showed a minor crack in that region also he said to do MRI as why there's a crack without any injury. After doing MRI we again went, and the results showed multifocal fractures around pelvic and spine region. Then he suggested dexa scan and in that bone density t score was -3.2, -2.8 in some areas... The doctor said his bones are very weak according to his age and he has underlying osteoporosis. So he gave him denosaub injection and zotide injection which is to be taken daily. Along with 5-6 other tablets and supplements. We are really worried and wanted to consult a specialist in this field who can guide us better.

Hello, I had cramps in my left calf region and pain in my left ankle above the toes when strained. But since four days my ankle has swollen up quite a bit from like four inches above the ankle till top of my foot. Even if I walk a little it pains and swells more. I didn't get any hurt or twist my leg. Can this be DVT? The pain is moderate and gets more as I walk up stairs to my room. Please advise if any test to confirm DVT.

Dr. As my mother is  suffering from Scietica since 7-8 days. Please suggest  medication  on Scietica.

A 5-year-old child's elbow cast was removed after 3 weeks, but she still complains of pain in her elbow. She is asking to use an elbow support pouch to avoid the pain.Is it good to have a pouch for some time and also she is able to do exercises well...But for a long time she is not able to hold the hand normally..please suggest

Hello doctors, I recently slipped on a muddy surface and fell on my bum. Now I'm feeling mild pain in my tailbone while sitting. What could be the medications I can take, how long does it take to heal. Precautionary, I'm using a coccyx cushion and trying not to put any pressure on the tailbone area. Please help. Hello Doctor, I had a left femur fracture and underwent intramedullary nailing with screws on 24 May 2025. These X-rays are from 1 month 8 days post-surgery. I’m concerned about the visible fracture gap in the lateral view. I’ve just started calcium+D3 supplements. I’m doing partial weight-bearing and flexion exercises. Please review and let me know: Is bone healing progressing normally? Is the gap something to worry about? What phase of healing am I in now? When can I expect full weight-bearing?

My mother received a Depomedrol injection (1.5 mL) in her knee as prescribed by the orthopedic doctor. After the injection, she experienced severe dizziness and frequent vomiting. Please guide us on whether this is a reaction to the injection, and what treatment or medicine should be given now.
