I have pain and swelling in my right  ankle with anterior and posterior talofibulor ligament problem. Please suggest me any information about the treatment.

I have lunar spondolysis. Diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 , with stenosis. 6.7mm AP DIAMETER. With nerve compression. I am in severe pain, had to quit my job, a physiotherapist suggested spinal decompression with drx 9000. I have been on muscle relaxants and gaba nt since 4 months now no relief. Doing physiotherapy on and off since 2months. Is this treatment option safe? What should my next step be? I cat sit for more than 10min without pain, keep waking up in the middle of the night because of pain.

I am having mild l4-l5 disc bulge and l5-s1 diffuse disc bulges with annular fissure. I need to travel 40kms including up and down in city with traffic. I need advice on which one should use a bike or scooty. I can't afford a car. public transport travelling time is high. I took the 3hrs journey. Kindly advise which one should use a bike or scooty.

My mom fell down and had swelling on left hand wrist from 2 days. Doctor did xray and said that surgery is required for this. Is the surgery really necessary? We will take second opinion tomorrow but my mom is worried below are xray findings:

Hi , I have been  having  cervical neck pain from past 2-3 years I had already tried physiotherapy it gives relief for a while but again if I am not able to get enough sleep due to travel commitments or anything I get neck pain/text neck (one side headache)..I am doing yoga from a month  for this and making necessary  changes in lifestyle and food ...I am not sure how much time will it take to be completely cured from this ?

What are the conformations of a ankle sprain heal I stopped wearing bandage after 15 days but my doctor told to wear for 30 days.what are the signs of healing .I cannot feel any problem only slight pain ,stifness while creating ankle circles ..

Have pain since 6 days.in middle back right side left side.  Using ointement spray .. pain is not going i have acidity since 6years. From yesterday onwards chest middle also pain is coming . Cant wear bra. Bra down iam getting severe pain right .left side is pain is there which dr to consult?? Cant sit for few hrs also

Three weeks back, I slipped on wet floor and injured my left foot where index finger and above area got swollen. After consultation with doctor, informed hairline fracture & suggested splint and later another doctor advised cast. I am not clear of the fracture area in the X ray. Please mark up and help to identify.

My mother have knee pain for many years now. But from last few months it has become worse. Tried few medications and exercises but nothing seems to work. Please advice something. Or what type of food or exercise shall be done to at least make it bearable.
