Iam 49 yrs female. I was fell down 3 yrs back. Doctor gave me injection for pain since then for about  six months there is no pain. But after that  i am facing severe pain and could not able to stand or sleep. This is my last year MRI report. Now again doctor giving me pain medication.  But pain is getting worse day by day. Horizontal tear noted involving anterior horn and body of lateral menscius with small parameniscal cysts abutting the body of lateral menscius measuring 6.6 x 5.5 mm Grade 1 medial collateral ligament sprain Low grade partial tear of anterior cruciate ligament. Trace knee joint effusion with edema of Hoffas fat pad _ suggestive of mild synovitis Chronic sprain of medial and lateral patella femoral ligament with partial tear of lateral patella femoral ligament Mild thinning of articular cartilage of patella suggestive of early chondromalacia . Is this cure in ayurveda or regular allopathy.

I have a pinched nerve since last 2 days and I am facing problems in rotating neck. The pain is also coming to my arm and I am having sensations. What should I do?

Can smoking will impact on my shoulder bankart surgery which is done 2 months before

I started exercising with 2 kg dumbbells in dec 2024 for a week and then stopped and again started in Jan 2025. Within 3 days I started feeling the sound in my right shoulder so I stopped it completely. The should made sound while combing and tying my hair and even when I used to lift my hand. I stopped everything and now I don't hear any popping while combing but when I adjust my shoulder that sound comes and also when I put my right hand on the back from behind, while retrieving I don't hear the popping sound. Should I stop exercising completely ? What should I do ?

X-ray report says Changes of lumbar spondylosis & Intervertebral disc space reduced between L3-L4 & L5-S1 level Surgical clips seen in right upper abdomen Paravertebral soft tissue shadows appear normal Note:- about 6 months back I had a surgery & gallbladder was removed

I have shoulder problem, pain is continuous, but bareable, some time not bareable. My physical activity is moderate, when I take paracetamol say half tablet of calpol 650, pain is off for 6 to 8 hours. I morning I perform hand exercises with one hand at a time,  moving 360 from shoulder. Please guide.
