Bone & Muscle problems

My shoulder is paining too much. I also consult with a doctor and also done physiotherapy but nothing changes I can see, so I want to do some excersises which can help me to cure My shoulder. So can anyone say me which excersise I have to do.

Having siatica pain .could not able to walk.can drive two wheeler.no medication.Undergone physio Therapy.

I had  left shoulder pain and hand muscles paining all the time ... Now similar kind of pain in right hand muscles I can feel , and neck pain moved to right side .. Ecg is normal Had taken tablets pain reduced but feels like no power in hands , Is physiotherapy advisable

Is there any treatment to cure this problem except doing physiotherapy because we have already did it but nothing changes we can see after doing it.

My mother had a RTA on 02.10.2024.she had fracture on left SI joint, left GT femur and Right Rami. All fracture were fixed by operation.now everything goes ok,she can walk well, but she feels pain while sitting.physiotherapy is going on.pls suggest best possible way.

Please tell me any medicine for prevention in  the body pain student and class 10th I have board paper and I have please tell me any medicine

Below my left knee ,I can feel a muscle bulge, That is not paining but getting leg pain while Walking , morning time the bulge is small after doing some work , it again becomes big, What I have to do,, need to  take medicines or physiotherapy

I had arm exercise on last Saturday 15Feb. I haven't felt much pain on that day. But from Saturday night onwards both hands arms are having pain. Unable to straighten the hand. Till today 18 Feb one hand reduced but but another still have pain. Is it only muscle soreness? How can I cure this?

From last one and a half years suffering from upperback pain and discomfort. While  bending my neck backwards my upper back muscles hurt  . Sometimes it goes away suddenly for 5 to 10 days  without any medication . Consult many orthos but all in vain . Dr's prescribed me pregabalin, flexabenz, tramadol, zerodol mr but these medicines didn't work. Recently many days back got my vitd3 and b12 tests done. Which shows vitamin d3 level is 18.5 and b12 128. Since then I'm on medication related to d3 and b12. But my condition remains same. MRI SCAN IS ATTACHED. (CHEST XRAY IS NORMAL) (MUSKOSKELTAL USG IS NORMAL)
