My uncle age 53 he is fall in home and his femur bone upper side fracture, he is not able to walk and move severe pain, this  xray i attach please suggest which surgery required and how many times to recover please reply

In mri report we found that 1. Mild marrow edema in the medial tibial condyle. 2. Grade IV chondromalacia patellae. 3. Sprain of the anterior & posterior cruciate ligaments. 4. Moderate joint effusion. 5. Diffuse subcutaneous edemanoted surrounding the joint. 6. Horizontal tear is noted in the anterior & posterior horns of the lateral meniscus. 7. Suspicious horizontal tear noted in the posterior horn of the medial meniscus. So my question is - is it curable or is it something serious??

I have severe ankle pain due to plantar fasciitis It is increasing and now it is getting difficult for me to walk. please help me, should i do some foot exercises or go to a doctor to get a proper treatment.

I have a family history of arthritis from my mother's side and I have recently discovered in an x ray that my knee joint space is reducing. I have mild discomfort and slight pain while standing up from sitting and resistance of joint in fully opening up. I am a 24 year female and for now the doctor recommended me calcium supplements and rest for 1 month. I want to know is this reversible with proper medication and care? Will I be able to get back to normal functioning of my knees? And how long the treatment usually takes?
