Aching legs & back when standing

Pain at lower tail bone region
I fell from stairs and have landed on the lower buttocks area
there was a little sound and then got pain in lover back region near to the buttocks. i am not able to sit for longer duration or bend at front. these all moments involve pain in the lower region. should i get an x ray done?
