Bone & Muscle problems

Today is the 28th day of fracture as because of complications my 2 plaster removed in 12 days and I am on crepe bandage from 13th day I open it twice a day for 1 hour to breathe the skin my questions are as follows Q.1 There is still swelling on the feet top side and blood stain of purple blue and red colour on the side of the feet. Tell me when the swelling will remove or reduce Q.2 As I am on bed rest from day 1 I am unable to put my feet on the ground. Tell me when can I try to stand on my both feet. Q.3 I have gone through 2 X-rays but still in 2nd x-ray on 22nd there is shown the fracture line. Why it happens?

The patient are 7 year old boy and at the time of playing he was start some pain, i went  to local doctor and take x-ray but he suggest for ok with belt and give some medicine. Can you advise plaster are best option or belt

My grandmother has been resting and sitting in her room from last 10-12 years as she had knee joint problems and also overweight so she couldnt walk. From last 3 months she has developed a sharp pain arising from his lower back hip joint which is spreading to her whole left leg to the bottom due to which she is not able to sleep comfortably & even sit properly for even an hour as the pain has become increasingly unbearable. We consulted 2-3 doctors & they prescribed for x ray which is not possible due to her weight and pain agony &  now from 4-5 days she has developed an infection for which she has been hospitalized & receiving intravenous IP bottles but she is not recovering & feeling very weak & her sugar is spiking very low to 50-60 to high upto 220.
