Bone & Muscle problems

I have pain in neck and right shoulder since 1 month accompanied by vertigo with every movement of head. I got x-ray done and it shows loss of lordosis. Took medication and rest for 1 month but issue is still the same. Still have pain now accompanied with swelling at the bottom end of the neck (middle of the shoulder). Till now i have consulted orthopaedic and ENT and physician but no relief.

Hi Doctors. I have attached scan images from 20 weeks and 25 weeks gestation. The one showing fetal feet in normal position is the 20 weeks anomaly scan image. No negative findings and both feet were reported to be normal. Later in the 25 weeks scan both feet are seen in inward twisted position. Would it be normal post birth? Is this commonly seen in newborn babies?

Its been weeks my mother has this intense pain on her wrist joints and earlier it was cured after medication of vitamin supplements.However over a past couple of weeks the pain reoccured with more intensity that she is unable to fold her hands.The portion has turned black and swelled up a bit.We have consulted a general doctor he has advised to get some supplements but to vain.please recommend me the effective treatment asap. I am 36 years old and I have early oestoarthritis in my left knee..I want know I am on which stage of oestoarthritis.. I am very worried as in this age I got oestoarthritis ..What things I should be careful to so that it doesn't increase..

I am BP and Sugar patient from so many years under medication. 4 years back hipjoint replaced. 2 months back noticed Lambard spine problem through XRay. Dr sir prescribed me Physio therapy and Praghabha MSR 75 for 1 year. Tablet with 2 months intervels 1 year.Can tablet safe for 1 year usage. Now 60% pain recovered. Other calcium and D  vitamin for 3 months. My Doubt about Pragabha. Thank you sir.

I met with an accident on 3rd may and got 8-9 stitches..it got removed on 14th may and now I'm trying to walk little but I've little swelling and pain around the wound..can I walk?

I am facing knee pain when sitting position . I have done physio for 2 month even though no change. Please find attachment .

Hello Doctor My mother is 56 years old her weight is 85KG and she has Thyriod, sugar, BP issue . On 2nd May 2025 she had spine surgery for L4, L5 and S1. Even after 12 days of surgery she is still having numbness in her right leg after surgery and having pain in whole right leg whenever she tries to sit or walk for few minutes. She feels like legs are heavy and doesn't have much strength in her legs to walk . Shin bone area also became sensitive and pains when pressed little bit. Surgeon who did the surgery said that it will go away after few days and suggested to walk more. Could you please tell me that is it common to have this kind of pain and numbness after surgery and how many days this pain or numbness can last? Can we do Physiotherapy/ apply Ice packs ? What's the best solution for this issue ? Please suggest
