At First we have toruleout cause for enlarged lymph node whether it is infection or anything else U can take both together for very short period under supervision of doctor For nerve pain you have to take neurotropic medication

consult nearby orthopaedic surgeon for proper evaluation and management

avoid prolonged phone use and desktop job and activities aggravating pain
