  4. Gemcal plus. For d3. please advise.

I have been advised by my orthopedic to take gemcal plus daily in the morning post breakfast since my b12 and d3 levels are low. I read online that gemcal plus is only effective for d3. Please advise.

Vitamin B12 will require weekly injection for 6-8 weeks. Gemcal plus will be for calcium and vitamin d3
