there are early signs of degenerative changes , which are expected to happen in middle aged healthy individuals also,nothing to worry much about it , unless she has lower back pain radiating to her legs- if not she should be fine

take adequate rest if not allergic to NSAIDS take tab zerodol TH 1-0-1x 5 days tab pan 40 1–0-0 x 5 days hot water bag fomentation on lower back apply diclogenac gel locally

after that go for physiotherapy atleast for a month

Degenerative changes noted, Nothing to worry about wear& tear changes

physiotherapy and ift to lower back

avoid prolonged sitting and standing, heavy weight lifting and jerks to back
