Bone & Muscle problems

I was doing a backward lunge when I lost my balance and almost felt the bone in my knee move and got a very bad jerk. I got up, it felt fine, I continued with my workout, but the next day my knee had begun to swell up. I've attached an image for reference. It's swelling up and it's not binding while walking. I've been using an ice pack but the swelling does not seem to go down neither is anything reducing the pain.

Hello doctors, my sternum is cracking and making sounds like i move or turn my body around ...i feel like stiffness in sternum and wanting to crack...  to feel relief... . . HOW TO STOP THIS STIFFNESS IN STERNUM, only stiffnes no pain no previous injurious and echo PA xray normal... please suggest any remedies or gels to relieve stiffness and discomfort in sternum...pic attached as examples

Hi Doctors, I am getting knee pain when standing It will be there for 3 sec after taking 3-4 steps there will be less pain. My weight is 92 kgs and my height is 165 cms. Please suggest what I need to do?

Hi Doctor hope you are doing well. My mother suffering with back pain so a doctor told ots Bone TB and he prescribed Some medicine use that medicine for 1 month still its not cure will do operation. My mother consumed daily those medicines. She getting severe body pains and fever with jaundice . So we went to another famous doctor do diagnose, we told to new doctor about Bone TB so after taking 2 times MRI scanning he confirmed this is not TB. Just because of those TB medicine your mother getting sick and got jaundice. And he told to stop those medicines. He prescribed another medicine. But now who is telling truth. Still confusion. My family is in panic situation please help me on this.

Pain in side and back upper thigh muscle, getting mild shocks and also discomfort in walking. What should I do ? Pain started last evening, was slightly better morning but again increased from evening It's difficult to walk straight and the upper right thigh is paining. Not sure if nerve compression or muscle pain, had done light exercise yesterday morning and was in office all day, from last evening pain started randomly, haven't had any fall or any other symptom like this. What should i do ?

My father 72 fell on his back while stepping down from the scooter. He can't walk now as his left leg can not take weight and when ever he tried to move his left leg/side it pains a lot. There is no swelling or any bruise. The X-rays revealed no fracture or dislocation. What should be our next course of action?

I have had buttocks pain for the last 4 years. It started when I was preparing for my engineering exams. I consulted a doctor, so they diagnosed me with ischial bursitis. They recommended some exercise and hot pack. Like the pain was some days more and somedays less but was always there. So now I got mri, I have coccydynia. Now, the pain has increased. Whenever I sit on normal chair without a cushion I get severe pain after 1 hr. I try to avoid prolonged sitting but sometimes its not just possible. I can't sit without cushion anywhere. Also on cushion the light buttocks pain start after 1 hr. What should I do? Is there any cure for this? Or I have to live with pain for my whole life? It is also affecting me mentally I have attached the MRI REPORT. Pls help.

My mother x day is attached is it necessary to do surgery immediately.. or else v can wait for some days ... She s able to walk n do all daily activities normally.. kindly help us to take decision...
