Bone & Muscle problems

I mean it has not literally popped out but it happens quite often as tho my knee is about to come out, i need to stand to fix it somehow grab it sometimes and drag my foot for a while. Even after that it doesn't completely feel stable but somehow i walk There is absolutely no pain but i have hyperextension of knee so i don't know what's causing it. Could it be muscle weakness? A little guide would be really appreciated.

Around 2 3 yrs ago due to some activity i had injury in my knee in which i suddenly felt it got dislocated and then automatically it got settled and then for few days i had swollen knee and then it was fine. But from then i feel like if do any sudden activity or jump my knee would dislocate and i feel crackling sound while bending knee many times. Please suggest what it could be and how it can be treated.

I have big toe pain since last 1.5 months. Had got uric acid checked which was high and had taken treatment for 10 days for swelling which incl colchicine and steroid. Swelling subsided but has come back again. Uric acid now is 5.6. X rays are attached

My father is heart pt. 2vstent placed. He has muscle spasm issue and lot of stiffness. In muscle relaxent which is better and safe for him? Tolperisone or thiocolchicoside. He is on blood thinner.

Hi, I'm a 28yo male non-professional athlete. I have had discomfort and slight pain in my right knee for 8 months now. My MRI results show grade 2 chronic ACL tear and grade 1 meniscus tear. I am about to proceed with PRP and hgh but not sure how to find a professional in this area. The goal is to get back on the pitch asap and potentially better than before with hgh. I am well aware of its potential side effects having seen my teammates abroad use it for recovery purposes and was blown away by the results and was wondering if I can find a professional who can guide me as seeking professional help is always better than me experimenting on my own. I'm open to pursuing the right therapy to acheive my goals if you can guide me but I'm only in India for the next few weeks.
