I recently underwent a distal femur plate fixation surgery with dual plates. It's been 40 days but still I am able to bend my knee up to 60 degrees with little pain. Initially I had a physio session and did exercise as per the session but still I can't bend the knee more than 70 degrees. Is it normal?

Distal femur fractures are complicated injuries with variable prognosis. I need to see the x rays to comment further. You can continue with physiotherapy meanwhile
