I was prescribed Poorna chandrodaya ras by Dr.thrilok g.k...but I am not getting this medicine in my locality What should I do?

Hlo since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc etc etc.. ND since few days I'm taking ayurvedic medicines for eye redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc... Amla juice on empty stomach... ND after my cardio session I'm taking triphala ghrit wth warm milk... ND before I'm taking chawanprash wth warm milk... No heat issues... No digestive problems. Etc etc etc.. I'm a sports person my day is full of cardio and weight lifting etc etc.. Bt since few months I'm irritated with belly fat... End of the may I'm having cricket so I want to reduce belly fat as soon as possible... I know fast fat loss is always harmful to health.. Bt atleast some body fat... A good shape.. So cn i take Ayurvedic medicine fat loss???? If yes.. Vl it affect to my eyes?? ND vl it Effect to my immune system or energy level

I have 2 external homoroids since last 25 years,but from last 20 days they have grown and paining though no blood coming out. After video andoscopy doctor advised me to go for surgery in two sitting as there is lot of extra internal growth. Medicines can control but can't cure it(ayurvedic). Please advise me best medicine which can cure as I don't want to go for surgery.
