I noticed traces of blood in my stool 3 weeks back when I suffered from constipation. It went off by itself. Then I am noticing it even now , along with burning sensation post movement of bowels. The burning sensation remains for 4 hrs or so after bowel moment

I am having back bone pain from past 3 to 4 months. I can feel my spine is getting weak. My weight is more in lower area. I want a urgent remedy for these.

Isn't there any cream that can treat is the laser treatment only option left can it heal the marks of self harm completely and how much I have to pay for laser treatment

On empty stomach I'm taking alovera +Amla juice(once a day) ... ND after workout I'm taking triphala ghrit(once a day) .... ND before breakfast I'm taking.... Medhor vati.... Before food.... Medhor vati ( 2times a day) After food... Triphala guggulu ND Amla rasayan +saptaamrit lauh wth honey.. (2times a day)... For eye disorders ND immune system.. Bt i want to include chyawanprash in my diet atleast once a day... I'm thinking to take chawanprash before bed or on Evng 5pm!! Cn u plz help me ? No pblm wth this Ayurvedi medicines.. .. Just tell me how should I include chyawanprash in my diet.? I am 16.9 years old but my height and other teenage variation are noticeable. My facial growth is very slow and also very short heighted. My fathers height is 5.7 and moms height is 5.3 and my height is 5.2 inch . I am a national skater and want to ask you that does skating have a effect in our height or not .
