What are the benefits of Yavaloha choornam... Does it reduce belly fat... If yes how much time it will take to reduce belly fat in whole body

I have been eating the lcz Mont tablet from 4 years. I have allergy whenever I skip my medicine. Allergy include runny nose, blocked chest, red itchy patches on skin. What are the necessary measures to get rid of allergy and I think I am also addicted to lcz Mont tablet even I cannot stay well skipping this tablet for 1 day. If I skip this tablet I also get sleeping problem sometimes. What can I do to get everything alright.

I have lots of anxiety and depression,I was taking some different homeopathy medicine from 3 different doctors,but no relief my anxiety.My subtype of OCD change,like Scrupulosity reduce and harm OCD increase. I don't know what to do,I didn't take any allopathy medicine. I want to know what ayurvedic medicine treat my condition fully,and my anxiety

I am new mother with 10 week baby girl. I am having severe pain in my elbows after  4 week of birth of my daughter . I Also have pain in other joints like fingers, knees, wrists etc. My ESR is 26. RA factor is 4 ( negative) c reactive protein is 1.2. My doctor says it is rhematoid arthiritis, but all the blood test are negative except ESR being little high. Does joint pain have any link to breastfeeding. I don't want to take pain killers as I have polycystic kidneys and already on medication of high blood pressure since last 5 years. Presently I am also taking supplement for vitamin d3 and b12. Somebody suggested me ayurved treatment of yogaraj gugglu / rehmartho ( from baidyanath) along with dashmularishth. Kindly suggest ayurvedic medicine for joint pains for my problem which are safe during breastfeeding.

I have a condition of bad breath and it is prevailing since a long time. I'm pretty sure it's not coming from my teeth or gums as I take a good care of them. I can feel the foul breath coming out from inside the oesophagus (or it could be my stomach). The brushing and flossing only covers the smell for about half an hour or quarter past half. It's constant whatever I eat. It gets even worse after eating something sweet. Would really appreciate having some advice
