I am an unmarried girl... from my childhood to till date I feel pain during my first two days of period...sometimes it's painless but max it's painful...it's there any remedies?

My right hand is totally weak since many years Iam a sports person Tried various exercise, stretching etc e No result I can lift 20kg dumble by left hand Bt i cnt even lift 5kg dumble also hardly I cn lift by Rght hand.. Cn ayurvedic massage cure my Rght hand permanently Or I'm having ocular mysthania gravis

Since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc etc.. In Ayurveda I'm taking triphala ghrit on empty stomach once a day Alovera juice + Amla juice On early 2times Amla rasayan + saptaamrit lauh wth honey 2 times a day ND chyawanprash bt not regularly. ( for eye redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc) These ayurvedic medicines I'm taking since 20days Since many years my Rght hand is so much weak I cnt even lift 5kg dumble also hardly I cn lift.. My body muscles are so much weak An ayurvedic doctor suggested me to take Ashwagandha, sweet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk.. ND this medicine I have taken before I have no pblm wth it.. Bt these many Ayurvedic medicines is it safe to take?? ND when should I take these Ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm?

Suggest measures to overcome .I have been suffering from last 3 months ,have liquid nitrogen sprayed on it and hav consulted skin specialist

Which is the best ayurvedic powder or medicine for stomach problems cause due to allopathic medicine like antibiotics. Mostly too much  gas on empty stomach is there, now i have intolerance to milk , little flautence & little hard stool. Any medicine availability in Patanjali brand ?

I started runing nowadays 2 km daily I get tired soon recently I had a pinky toe fracture suggest me some synthetic tonic for low appetite calcium and multivitamins I prefer ayurveda over allopathy

Can ayurveda cure PCOD? I have PCOD for about 2 years. My periods have almost stopped (only a little flow).
