I would like to have complete remedy to cure the sinusitis infection and a permanent solution for the cure. So kindly suggest me the treatment

My right is so much weak I cnt even lift 5kg dumble also hardly I cn lift ND by left hand I cn lift 20kg dumble easily Since many years this pblm I have.. ND since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc ND I'm taking some ayurvedic medicines for eye disorders redness dryness etc etc etc.. So I have no pblm wth all this medicines I'm thinking to do acupuncture to cure my weak Rght hand permanently .. Is acupuncture vl cause side effects to my eyes in future... Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option plz plz plz plz..

Taking regularly for eye disorders redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc etc Chawanprash bt not regularly Recently I started taking Ashwagandha,shatavari, kaunch beej, mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed for weak muscles ND for gym and work out cardio session, low testosterone level etc etc etc So my question is It is safe to take this many Ayurvedic medicines??? If yes Then how should I take chyawanprash, triphala ghrit, ND ashwagandha, shatavari powder, kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm.. On whole day?? These all medicines suggested me an ayurvedic doctor.. I bought few months back ashwagandha, swet musli ,kaunch beej!! (patanjali) Bt on the bottle they are saying consume within 60days after use.. So cnt we use after 60days?? Because expire date of this bottles is 2019

What are remedies in grade 1 vericocele left side . PL help and write in details . If there any medicine in ayurveda or surgery? Does yoga help?

Including ayurvedic medicines 👆 My diet plan???
