Hair fall
From last two months i am suffering from hairfall. No hair growth. Dandruff is also there with little itching. What can i do?

Dandruff and hair fall suggesting that hair roots are not nourishing ..so the dead skin flakes..
May be locally drying up..
Next Steps
Apply sesame oil before half an hr. to head bath...and have head bath daily with normal cold water
Health Tips
Note:
correct the night food time and stuff.
Have food early ..finish up by 8 pm. avoid curd intake at night.
drink water along with food only.
if any habits of tobacco/ drinks good to quit
