Hello, thank you for sharing your concerns. Hair fall, itchy scalp, and skin darkening can often be related to underlying imbalances in Kapha and Pitta doshas, as well as issues with digestion, stress, or hormonal changes, especially following childbirth. Since Dashamoolarista didn’t help much, other Ayurvedic treatments may be more suitable, including: • Internal herbal formulations like Bhringraj, Amalaki, and Yashtimadhu that nourish hair follicles and balance doshas • External treatments such as medicated oil massages (Abhyanga) with oils like Bhringraj or Neem to soothe the scalp and reduce itching • Panchakarma detoxification to remove toxins and reset your system, if appropriate It would be helpful to understand your appetite, digestion, sleep, and bowel habits to tailor the treatment precisely. Please feel free to reach out for a detailed consultation so we can create a customized plan for you. Meanwhile, avoiding non-veg, spicy, oily, fried, and sour foods can support your healing. Wishing you renewed health and confidence, — Dr. Arisha

Hi, you mentioned post natal issue but not the period, if you are hypothyroid patient,.... Consult your doctor, or else check your ... TSH, vitamin D3, vitamin B12 and hormonal assay by which we will understand clinical reason By your preliminary information we can understand - that most  of the women when breast feeding will be deprived of iron, calcium and proteins and hormonal  instability - hence hair fall Try to take food rich in iron , minerals and proteins
Next Steps
consult an ayurvedic doctor for detailed evaluation, you can regrow hair  shortly with proper evaluation

For hair fall, itchy scalp, and skin darkening after childbirth, Ayurveda often recommends: Bhringraj oil massage daily to the scalp Internal medicines like Amla, Methi (fenugreek) seeds, and Bhringraj in powder or tablet form Triphala for detox and improving digestion Nourishing diet rich in protein, fresh fruits, and leafy greens Dashamoolarista may not suit everyone; you can try Kumkumadi Tailam for skin lightening and Nourishing Ayurvedic tonics like Mahasudarshan or Chyawanprash.
