Hello my dear guest.
The best way I can suggest you to go for panchkarma ie basti and shirodhara.
With that you can take kanchanar guggul,
Two tablets twice a day.
Astodhatu poshak vati
Two tablets twice a day
Triphala ghritam one teaspoon morning empty stomach.
As well side by side take vitamin D 3 1 k capsule once a day after lunch only.
And things to be done more sleep, pranayama, exercise.
