Hlo I'm taking chawanprash, triphala ghrit, ND Amla juice for immune system nd eye disorders.. ND in Allopathic I'm taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND Azaron 50mg 2times a day because I'm having ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all.. So my actual question I want to ask u tht, cn i include protein powder in my diet. ?? For example protein x whey protein etc etc etc etc etc.. ( NOT HERBAL) My digestive system is strong.. No heat issues.. I'm a sports person... Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option.... Plzzz
