Hello thanq for ur question... I myself Dr.Ashwini  proctologist Well u didn't meantioned regarding ur problem and details of it tat whether u have haemorrhoids? Fistuala? Or pilo middle sinus? Ksharsutra procedure is more beneficial and lesser complication procedure. It just take few days to cure completely. It take may be 7 days to 15 days according to your sinus length.
