Hello ,
I have gone through ksharsutra treatment 15 days ago and first thread change before 2 days. But after thread change extreme pain is there, small bleeding also happening, I'm not able to pass still normally and skin near anal area looks black and it's peeling off. I'm doing seitz bath 4-5 times a day.
Is it normal in ksharsutra therapy or im the one who is undergoing in this pain

I prefer you must go see your surgeon first, it might be possible that the thread is very tight and you have to follow a strict diet and maintain hygiene.
Needed to re-check by treating dr bit pain is acceptable but degree of pain n status of wound need assessment.
Hopefully you are on antibiotics pain killer and inflammation control medicines
Yes that's Normal but u have to avoid constipation! !!otherwise there will be More pain!
For pain you can take AYURVEDA pain killer!

Yes.it is normal in ksharasutra Therapy. It heals by cutting the fistula tract by millimetres, while cutting slight bleeding can occur. After five days pain reduce as the KS become loose . After seven days new thread( KS) will be placed .The procedure will repeat till the tread comes out leaving a resultant ulcer on the skin. Then the ulcer heals. If much pain is there Anu taila infiltration may be done.sitz or hot application can be done sos.
