Which is the best skin brightening cream for face with out steroid .my face very darkening and I have pimples

I met dentist about gums problem. he had taken x-ray and said, you are having bone loss problem (2 to 3 mm) so want taken lesar surgery, if will you not do, will loss your teeth within 8 years. I want to know how much serious problem is this ? and any treatment in ayurveda?

Doctor ... Since 1month I'm taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day on empty stomach wth warm water... ND since 1month I'm taking jeevanthyadi ghirit, saptaamrit lauh, jeevanya vati tab, ND before bed I'm taking triphala churna .for eye redness dryness etc etc . Doctor since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm... Since 2014im taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day.. Now presently I'm alright tablets r ongoing thts all... My digestive system is strong I'm a pure vegetarian nt even... I'm a sports person.. .
