Hi Iam taking... Early morning Iam taking Amla juice...nd after my cardio session.. I vl take Triphala ghrit on empty stomach wth warm milk.. Just before breakfast ND before bed I'm  taking chawanprash wth warm milk... ..in Allopathic I'm taking Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops.. I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all.. Bt irritated with redness.... So I want to take triphala ghrit at Evng also 2times a day .. Triphala ghrit 2times.. Once on empty stomach... ND 2nd time at 5pm ND before bed I vl take chawanprash... Cn i take? Digestive system is strong.. No heat issues.. I'm a sports person... Wth full serious . Diet.. Cn we take..? Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option plz plz ???
