I'm taking chawanprash, triphala ghrita, ND Amla juice.. No problem at all wth this medicines... Bt long back ND still I'm irritated with belly fat.. Cn u tell me diet plan.. Im a sports person... Till the end of April I want to loose belly fat.. I have cricket matches.. So it's compulsory to reduce fat Totally confused wth my diet what to eat I'm pure vegetarian nt even eggs.. I'm very hungry boy.. Tell me the detailly diet plan.. Frm mrng to nght.. Including tht medicine 👆 👆 👆.. Because diet should not effect my medicines... Ty plz.. I msgd number of times to this topic.. I have too much Suffering stools problem, Means 2days once  or 3days once, around 2months, suffering pain. When started stools pass getting pain, After passing the stools started bleeding.

Iam taking triphala ghrit for eye pblms.... I vl take atleast 3months... I'm also taking chawanprash.... To build a strong immune system nd it's very useful for eyes... Bt summer is coming... Cn we take chawanprash... ?? I have no other pblms in my body.. Only eye pblms thtsall .. My digestive system is strong... I'm a sports person.. My daily shechulde is packed wth full of aerobics ND weight lifting etc etc etc.. I want to take chawanprash 2 times a day ND also included triphala ghrit in my diet.. Plz help... ND plz.. Suffering from fungal infection on inner thighs and scrotum area. Started about two years ago. Consulted many dermatologists they gave me tablets and cream for applying. Once stop applying cream, it again starts itching. So I am planing to take ayurvedic treatment. Please help me out with this. I am from trivandrum and I prefer ayurvedic doctors near trivandrum.
