Off lately facing lot of gastro issue and having improper bowel moments, sometimes lead to puking if it gets intense

I have small pimple inside the edge of the Rght eye lower lid...irritated wth redness and itching.... I'm taking jeevanthyadi ghirit, Saptaamrit lauh, triphala churna wth ghee ND honey isotine eye drop, PATADAY eye drop n refresh tears eye drop. Since 20 days bt no result...Irritated with redness... Cn we put ghee on the stye??
