I take Buspar, Lamictal, Celexa, Metoprolol, and Synthroid daily. Can I take nighttime AlkaSeltzer for a cold?

I am taking medications for anxiety. I am also planning to take multivitamins and multiminerals supplements from nutilite and also silajit and aswaganda from jiva ayurveda. Is this safe? Or can you please recommend something else?

Hey! I am 20 and my height is 5 feet. I am thinking of taking ashwagandha powder with milk to increase my height. But I don't wanna grow thicker. I am already a lil chubby & would not like to gain inches around my waist of hips.. but I surely do wanna increase my height.. would you recommend ashwadandha powder for me!?
