It has been a week and I have a huge swelling in my right underarm and it's extremely painful. It's increasing in size continuously and it looks like a a huge lump now ( size of my thumb and thick also). What is it and what should I do?

Loose stool ( unformes stool ) everday in morning for one time a day. i went to physician and gastroesterologist many time in 2 yrs. but stool is not becoming formed and long sausage type as natural stool. i have sometime belching problem after taking junk food or sometime food that i eat at home but after 1 hour lots of belching makes it fine. pls help me i do not have idea which type of problem is this. some doctors saying it is ibs and some are saying it is only infection and some saying that i have digestion issue.
