Hlo doctors.. I want to loose belly fat... ND then i want to build a bodybuilding.. ND I'm under treatment taking ayurvedic medicines for eye disorders.... If I book the dietician... They vl give English diet Nd medicines.. Don't no what to do totally confused... Presently I cnt stop ayurvedic medicine for eye disorders.. Ayurvedic medicines + Dietician = confused Totally.. Bt i want to build a muscle bodybuilding strength and stamina etc etc etc etc.... Plz reply to this topic only don't give another option plz plz plz plz plz plz plz

HI I CAN UNDERSTAND YOUR CONFUSION STATE see there is no problem in ayurvedic medicine with dietician medicine. ayurvedic medicine is mostly safe with allopathic treatment except some medicine. talk with your dietitian about ayurvedic medicine,they will help u. so go ahead .if any query ask here we always ready to help u.give feedback
