Since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc etc.. In Ayurveda I'm taking triphala ghrit on empty stomach once a day Alovera juice + Amla juice On early 2times Amla rasayan + saptaamrit lauh wth honey 2 times a day ND chyawanprash bt not regularly. ( for eye redness dryness etc etc etc etc etc) These ayurvedic medicines I'm taking since 20days Since many years my Rght hand is so much weak I cnt even lift 5kg dumble also hardly I cn lift.. My body muscles are so much weak An ayurvedic doctor suggested me to take Ashwagandha, sweet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk.. ND this medicine I have taken before I have no pblm wth it.. Bt these many Ayurvedic medicines is it safe to take?? ND when should I take these Ashwagandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm?
