Hi doctor good morning .
Is it benefit to take triphala ghrit before bed... Because early morning I'm taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day on empty stomach wth warm milk...
ND since 2014 I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm (redness,itching etc etc) Bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all
Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day....
Wth the triphala ghrit the results are just fabulous ..bt I'm irritated with redness,sticky,nd itching in eyes,...
I'm using refresh tears ND betameth.. ND sometimes PATADAY eye drop... Bt no permanent results..
Should I stop eye drops.... Because I'm taking triphala ghrit no??
