Hi I'm suffering from ocular mysthania gravis double vision eye pblm bt Rght now I'm totally fine only tablets r ongoing thts all Distinon 60mg tab 3times a day ND since 1yr I'm taking Azaron 50mg 2times a day ND eye drops etc etc... ND I'm taking triphala ghrit, Amla juice ND alovera juice mix, Amla rasayan + saptaamrit lauh wth honey... For eye disorders this ayurvedic medicines I'm taking since 20days Chawanprash bt not regularly.. ND recently started taking ashwangandha swet musli kaunch beej mix churna 3/4gm once a day wth warm milk before bed for weak muscles ND for gym, cardio etc etc.. I have no pblm wth this medicines Bt My weight is 83kg, full belly fat, confused with diet, I'm pure vegetarian nt even eggs!! Dietician r taking lots of money for weight loss Cn u tell me simple diet tht can I loose belly fat ..don't want protein shakes all.. Plz don't tell consult privately Breakfast? Lunch? Evng? Dinner? Including ayurvedic medicines 👆 My diet plan???

Break fast: Dosa/ idly from freshly prepared batter (previous night grinded).. upma, pongal, rava dosa, finger millet dosa, like stuffs with milk or milk rich tea or coffee and fresh fruits and water Lunch: Rice and all dal preparations. With vegetables... except potato, tomato, sprouts With water and fresh fruits Evening : Milk/ or milk rich tea or coffee and dry fruits but not dry nuts (it forms gassy abdomen) Dinner : Rice or Pulka with boiled vegetables sabji or sambar or dal ... fresh fruits and water no curd ( a cause for eye problem and body fat) Buttermilk can be mixed with rice during lunch. If you have ok with it.. ..but not to drink ( a cause for bloated body and eye problem) No fridge kept fermented foods like dosa idly batter ...causes eye problem and body Weight
Next Steps
all dry fruits good.. avoid pineapple, papaya, kiwi, strawberry, like exotic fruits... no fruit juices... water only along with food as much you need...Boiled and cooled water better
