I have endometriosis cyst . Can ayurvedic medicine reduce cyst or even make it disappear ? Why endometriosis comes in first place ?

Hello, I had gallbladder surgery 6 months ago( Laparoscopic cholecystectomy) there was a stone in my gallbladder but now I am in some pain. After that I got an ultrasound and LFT test done. It was found that my liver is swollen and my liver is fatty. Plz suggest ,can i take liv 52 or something else. Thank you!!

Current having vitamin D at insufficient level of 20, already having tentex forte one table in a day . Can I take vitamin D supplement along with tentex forte ??? Will it create any side effect ??
