Little bit anxiety
I am 33 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis. But have controlled my RA with weight loss,diet and ayurvedic medicines. I have one problem. I always live in a hurry which causes anxiety sort of thing. Whenever I try to sit calm I feel uneasy. Sleep is not so sound mainly live in dreams. Please something for this.

Ayurvedic Recommendations Daily Routine & Relaxation Abhyanga (oil massage) with Sesame or Brahmi oil before bath. Foot massage with Ksheerabala Taila at night. Avoid late-night screen time and overstimulation. Herbal Support Brahmi + Ashwagandha Churna (½ tsp with warm milk at night). Shankhapushpi syrup (1-2 tsp at night) for mental calmness. Tagara or Jatamansi capsules to improve sleep. Breathing & Meditation Bhramari & Anulom Vilom Pranayama for 5-10 mins daily. Heartfulness or Yog Nidra for deep relaxation. Diet Adjustments Avoid caffeine, processed, and cold foods. Take warm, nourishing meals with ghee, almonds, and dates. Turmeric + Nutmeg milk at bedtime for restful sleep.
