I am 33 years old and have rheumatoid arthritis.
But have controlled my RA with weight loss,diet and ayurvedic medicines.
I have one problem. I always live in a hurry which causes anxiety sort of thing. Whenever I try to sit calm I feel uneasy. Sleep is not so sound mainly live in dreams. Please something for this.
