Is there any major difference between "Purnachandra ras vrihat" and normal "Purnchandra ras" ? If yes then please suggest... can I take normal one for azoospermia or I should take vrihat.

Suddenly my tongue turned slightly brown/black after having dinner. I scrape the tongue daily while brushing, today it faded away but still I could see that brown tinch. For dinner I had food cooked on some old iron vessel yesterday, could that be a reason ? Food that I had for that day was dosa, Jack fruits, dates,chiku, mutton.
