Chlamydia is a bacterial infection that can be managed in Ayurveda by strengthening immunity, purifying the blood, and reducing inflammation. Treatment duration may vary but generally takes 4-6 weeks for full recovery. Ayurvedic Medicines Guduchi (Tinospora Cordifolia) – 500 mg twice daily with warm water. Neem Capsules/Tablets – 1 tablet twice daily for its antibacterial properties. Ashwagandha Churna – 1 tsp with warm milk at night for immunity and strength. Triphala Churna – 1 tsp at bedtime with warm water to detoxify the body. Chandraprabha Vati – 2 tablets twice daily for urinary and reproductive health. Gokshura Capsules – 1 capsule twice daily to support the urinary system. Diet & Lifestyle Changes Avoid spicy, oily, and processed foods. Increase hydration (drink warm water, herbal teas). Take buttermilk & fresh fruits to improve digestion. Practice safe sex to prevent reinfection. Additional Therapies Panchakarma Detox (Virechana or Basti) if symptoms persist. Sitz bath with neem decoction for relief from discomfort. For the best results, consult an Ayurvedic doctor for a personalized treatment plan.
