I am taking Baidyanath DhatuPaustik churna for impotency issue.it is helping me but when I take it continue.after 7 or 10 days. Constipation or Gas issue raises.then I have to leave DhatuPaustik churna. how can I continue take DhatuPaustik churna .

I was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis 10 years ago. I’m currently 22 years old, weighing 30 kg, and taking 1g of Pentasa twice daily and 25mg of Prednisolone once daily. All other symptoms are under control, but I am experiencing the following issues: - Spending 2-3 hours in the washroom once daily, with blood clots in my stool (no constipation) - Needing to use a diaper even for short walks or travel - Anemia Please suggest diet and lifestyle and latest treatment. Have issue of anal pain with piles and fissure type. Not sure what's exactly happening. After passing motion there is pain and also burning. 2 masses of external piles type can be seen in anal opening. Please recommend appreciate medicine. Applied piles ointment but hast helped much.
