As your age is only 33years ,you should take care of your knee joints by giving rest. Minimise the functioning of knee joint -like climbing the steps , fast walking, sitting on floor etc. If you have swelling or tenderness in knee joint go with Ruksha sweda therapy other wise have Janu basti in any Ayurveda centre near by to your place

Hello,
I couldn't find your xrays attached. Please share the same and consult.
And tell about your bodyweight.
Your work is giving much pressure to your knee joint.
You need rest with proper treatment.
Knee Pain Due to Construction Work â Ayurvedic Approach
â Your job involves heavy strain on the knees (stair climbing, standing for long hours, and excessive walking).
â If pain is frequent, it may indicate early Osteoarthritis or Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome.
Preventive & Pain Relief Measures:
1. Ayurvedic Medicines for Joint Support:
â Yograj Guggulu (2 tabs twice daily) â Reduces inflammation & strengthens joints.
â Maharasnadi Kwath (20 ml twice daily) â Relieves pain & stiffness.
â Shallaki + Ashwagandha Capsules (1 each twice daily) â Supports cartilage & muscle strength.
2. External Therapies (For Quick Relief):
â Mahanarayan Taila Massage â Warm oil massage daily before bed.
â Nadi Swedana (Steam Therapy) â Reduces stiffness & improves circulation.
3. Workplace Adjustments:
â Use knee support or cushioned insoles.
â Take short sitting breaks every 1-2 hours.
â Strengthen knees with mild stretching & quadriceps exercises.
4. Diet & Lifestyle:
ð« Avoid cold, processed, and fried foods.
â Eat calcium-rich foods (sesame, ragi, milk, almonds).
â Stay hydrated & include turmeric in the diet.
Should You Continue Your Job?
ð¹ Yes, but with proper knee care.
ð¹ If pain worsens, get an X-ray/MRI & modify workload if needed.
â Early Ayurvedic care can prevent long-term knee damage.
