Knee pain since long
I have severe knee pain since long. What Ayurvedic treatment should I do? Please suggest good Ayurvedic medicine with doses. Thank you so much for your time and suggestions in advance. May god keep you and your family happy and healthy.

With proper medication and exercise it can be resolved

Try to take bettle leaves only leave with out any toppings

There are many reasons for knee pain -
Like gradual ageing(old age)
Heavy upper body weight
Excess exertion and vata PRAKOP
Chronic disease related to digestion
Excess intercourse or masturbation
Etc.
Pls consult through practo to get it diagnosed properly!
Ayurveda says every person is different and every disease is different ...hence case history taking is necessary!
Till then apply- maha narayan/kottamchukkadi oil on your knees..you can go for janu basti as well!
Take singhnad /yograj guggulu-1-1 bd
If in case there is extreme pain
Take - trailokya vijaya vati( pill craft)
