After some days/month bleeding starts automatically during stool pass, whenever I eat spicy then bleeding starts after 4-5 days of bleeding it becomes normal without pain ,
*Most important things is that sometimes/somedays bleeding starts without stool pass* without pain,
While I eat mostly non spicy food, no fast food,& entake more water daily yet this problems arise time to time,
I also took medicine like homeopathy, ayurvedic & jadibuti etc
But no benefit from this ,
So please suggest me better medicine if any available,
If any treatment to remove it from roots without surgery
Because I heard from people that after surgery there is a major problem to hold the potty inside,
So please suggest me better solutions or medicine here on this online platform?

Your symptoms suggest bleeding piles (Arsha) or rectal varices, which can be aggravated by Pitta imbalance despite a controlled diet. Since you experience bleeding even without stool, your condition requires both internal and external healing. Ayurveda offers non-surgical root treatment through herbs and therapies.
Ayurvedic Treatment for Bleeding Piles
â Arshoghni Vati â 1 tablet twice daily with warm water to stop bleeding.
â Kankayan Vati â 1 tablet twice daily to reduce swelling.
â Kutajarishta â 2 tsp with equal water twice daily for intestinal healing.
â Triphala Churna â 1 tsp at bedtime for smooth bowel movements.
â Sitz Bath (Triphaladi Kwath or Neem Water) â Soak in warm water for 10 min daily to shrink piles.
Diet & Lifestyle for Permanent Relief
â Eat cooling foods â Ghee, coconut water, pomegranate, and soaked raisins.
â Avoid Pitta-aggravating foods â Spicy, fried, sour foods, and excess salt.
â Stay hydrated â Drink buttermilk with a pinch of cumin daily.
â Do mild yoga â Vajrasana & Pawanmuktasana improve digestion.
â Manage stress â Excess stress worsens Pitta imbalance.
Panchakarma for Root Cure (If Needed)
If bleeding persists, Kshara Sutra Therapy (a minimally invasive Ayurvedic treatment) can remove piles permanently without stool incontinence like surgery.
Follow this regimen for 8-12 weeks, and consult an Ayurvedic expert for deeper assessment if required.
Painless Bleeding is the prime symptom of 1st Grade internal hemorrhoids. To manage 1st Grade internal hemorrhoids you should
1. Avoid constipation for that
a. Increase fiber intake
b. Increase liquid intake
c. Add some exercises to your daily routine like Yoga/ running/ stretching exercises etc.
d. If these measures do not work you can take some stool softener like Triphala powder etc.
2. Do not sit for long duration during defecation
3. Do not strain too much during defecation
4. Regular practice Ashwini Mudra
If bleeding continues even after taking all these measures, you should consult a nearby proctologist for examination and proper treatment.
